Two Ruskin Square a Pioneer Project for the Better Building Partnership’s Design for Performance Initiative
Two Ruskin Square has been confirmed as a pioneer project for the Better Building Partnership’s Design for Performance Initiative.
DfP Pioneers have taken a leadership approach in committing to implement the Design for Performance approach on a live office development.
Two Ruskin Square will be one of the first in the UK to implement this pioneering approach to office design and delivery, stimulating project supply chains and providing the real-life evidence of how the energy performance gap can be closed.
Two Ruskin Square has been designed by AHMM to deliver bespoke, flexible office space with sustainability and wellbeing central themes to its design. Arup are acting as building services engineers and are undertaking the DFP required modelling.
Stanhope are acting for the Schroders Real Estate Fund and the building has been fully pre-let. Construction is due to start later this year.
