Optimising the potential of a prominent City site
This 50-storey tower is a new development in the heart of the City that has created 913,000 sq ft gross area including workspace, street-level retail, and a public viewing gallery on the 50th floor.
The skyscraper accents the nearby Leadenhall Building and adds to the area's dramatic contemporary architecture.
This project is was completed with partners including Arup and Alinea.
