Working with news broadcaster ITN, Stanhope provided them with an headquarters to suit their particular needs for office and studio space. The 10-storey building accommodates a range of different uses, with studios, express lifts, and open floor plans.

Studio fit-out began just 5 months after the start of construction and ITN was able to make its first newscast from the building 20 months after the first foundations were laid.

The building was commended by the BCO, as Best Corporate ‘built to suit’ award in 1991.
