This 9-storey building provides office space to a prominent City corner, and is well connected to other parts of town.

The build involved working on a busy site, with a central road connecting Moorgate and Islington. Finding technically adept solutions to this was key to Stanhope’s involvement in the project. The building also used artwork to create a more open and publicly recognisable space, working with artist Stephen Cox to create a large sandstone sculpture.
