This development creates a centre for entertainment in the centre of Ashford. The building will house a new 6-screen cinema, 8 restaurants and cafes, a hotel, and a meeting and events space for the community.

Working with a brownfield site often has its hazards, but transforming this into a go-to destination for people in Ashford and surrounding areas of Kent, has been key to helping the town begin major transformation projects.

The project is being undertaken in partnership with Ashford Borough Council and Guy Hollaway Architects.
