HFS Developments Ltd (a JV between Hammersmith & Fulham Council and Stanhope), secured planning permission for a landmark 20 storey tower for 133 new homes at Edith Summerskill House, in Fulham, 80 per cent of which are for social rent, with the remainder to be let as sub-market intermediate rent.

HFS has designed the scheme, secured planning and selected a Housing Association who will deliver the project and manage the homes.
