8 Finsbury Circus
Creating a modern office that enhances a historic public square
The 9-storey scheme comprised 160,000 sq ft of premium office space and 9,500 sq ft of retail space.
The design provided a striking new office linking the calm elegance of Finsbury Circus to the busy streetscape of South Place through a generous dual entrance to both streets.
8 Finsbury Circus was awarded the RIBA’s London Award and BCO’s Commercial Workplace Award in 2017.
The project was undertaken with partners including Lendlease, CBRE, and Waterman Group.
