31 Gresham Street

Pioneering new building methods to double the floor plan of a small building

31 Gresham Street involved building new workspace for landowners Legal & General and partner Schroders.
The construction of 31 Gresham Street was both quick and economical thanks to championing improved building and development methods, increasing the floor area of the building and, consequently, its value. The resulting building maximises both daylight and usable space, with just four columns.
This project was undertaken with Bovis Lend Lease as construction manager and Waterman Group as structural engineers.
