Celebrating 30 Years of Great Places!

As we come to the end of 2025, we can look back at some fantastic milestones: acquiring Red Lion Court, completing 76 Southbank, Woolgate and Oxford North, topping out Television Centre Phase 2 and getting started on 1 Victoria Street and the British Library Extension.

It was also the year we celebrated 30 years of Stanhope PLC.

How can you condense 30 years into under a minute?! It’s tough but this video shows a small snapshot of some of the incredible projects we’ve been lucky enough to be a part of – and the amazing team members who made them happen.

Our story didn’t quite start in 1995. Before Stanhope PLC took shape, our roots were already firmly planted. As Stanhope Properties, we laid the groundwork with some seriously impressive projects like Broadgate. Some of the team (and the office artwork!) have been together since those days.

A lot has changed since 1995 but what hasn’t changed is the company’s dedication to excellence. To everyone who has been part of this journey — thank you. Your support has helped shape who we are today and inspires us as we look ahead to the next chapter.
