Engagement

Stanhope is committed to improving the built environment and a key part of the journey to better buildings is in directly engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders audiences during the development process.

Engagement is undertaken typically during 3 stages:

Pre-Development: public consultation to inform design development, prior to the submission of formal planning applications

During Construction: local stakeholder and resident meetings to explain construction phasing

Post-Completion: surveys conducted amongst commercial tenants and residential purchasers to provide feedback and evaluate their experiences in order to inform future phases and projects
