Despite the topography of the site and height restrictions imposed to preserve views to St Paul’s Cathedral, this building produced highly efficient office space on seven levels.  The roof inclines upwards at the north-west corner of the building, taking advantage of the less restrictive height zone on part of the site, to provide stunning views of the City while creating an interesting architectural feature.

As part of the development the churchyard of St Mary Somerset Church was relandscaped, with new plantings creating a more attractive and inviting garden for the historic Christopher Wren church.
