Shops, restaurants and bars, a cinema and more will provide a much-needed regeneration to this historic city. The redevelopment of the former Livestock market to create a retail and leisure quarter to complement the City centre. Occupiers have been attracted, thus underpinning the development, including Debenhams, Waitrose, and Odeon. Selected by Hereford Council in competition to create an integrated new retail and leisure environment, Construction is due to start in 2012. Debenhams, Waitrose and Odeon are to anchor the scheme.
