Meticulous planning allows early handover despite site access constraints
The construction of this nine-storey office development was complicated by its prominent corner location on a major arterial route.
Despite the difficulty of accessing the site to unload materials, meticulous planning meant the shell and core handover was completed ahead of programme, allowing the tenant to begin fit-out early. The building’s design has created an efficient floorplate, providing high quality and flexible working space.
A sculpture by artist Stephen Cox was incorporated as part of the building’s public face and makes a valuable contribution to the public realm.
